July 11th, 2008

Shepherd, Finkelman, Miller & Shah, LLP announces that two Courts have granted final approval of the settlement of class actions filed against Ford Motor Company (“Ford”) on behalf of owners and lessees of certain Ford Crown Victoria, Mercury Grand Marquis and Lincoln Town Car automobiles (“Vehicles”) registered in the States of Connecticut and Wisconsin. The cases alleged that Ford should have offered certain repairs to the Vehicles to improve the performance of the fuel system integrity of the Vehicles in certain extremely high-speed rear-end collisions. On July 8, 2008, the Superior Court of Connecticut, The Honorable Robert C. Leuba presiding, approved the settlement in Annelli v. Ford Motor Company, CV-04-4001345-S. On July 9, 2008, the Circuit Court of Milwaukee County, Wisconsin, The Honorable David A. Hansher presiding, approved the settlement in Cuellar and McVicker v. Ford Motor Company, Case No. 04-CV-009309. Pursuant to the settlements, Ford will offer the TSB Repair free of charge to all settlement class members who wish to have the TSB Repair performed at a Ford authorized dealer until November 11, 2008.
