Shepherd, Finkelman, Miller & Shah, LLC (“SFMS”) has been retained by the Attorney General for the State of Connecticut to help the State prosecute four separate lawsuits, commonly known as “Average Wholesale Price” litigation against six major pharmaceutical companies, including GlaxoSmithKline P.L.C., Aventis Pharmaceuticals, Pharmacia Corporation, Boehringer Ingelheim Roxane, Inc. (f/k/a Roxane Laboratories, Inc.), Warrick Pharmaceuticals Corporation (Schering Corporation and Schering-Plough Corporation) and Dey Pharmaceuticals.
