The Firm maintains offices in the states of California, Connecticut, Florida, New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin. In addition to many federal courts throughout the United States, SFMS attorneys are admitted to practice law in the states of Arizona, California, Connecticut, Florida, Illinois, New Jersey, New York, Oregon, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin. The Firm maintains a diverse practice and represents a variety of clients worldwide in legal disputes, transactions and other matters. Although most of SFMS's practice relates to litigation matters pending in federal and state courts the United States and many of these cases are handled on a contingent fee basis, as more fully detailed in the explanation of our practice areas, the Firm's attorneys have experience handling a wide variety of legal matters in a diverse array of different settings and forums. As a result, SFMS is able to deliver a breadth and level of legal services for clients that are more typically associated with larger law firms. In addition, we have developed relationships with a network of excellent lawyers and law firms throughout the world, including in Asia, Europe, the Middle East, other countries in North America, and South America, as well as in virtually every state in the United States, so that, when we are called upon to represent clients outside of the states in which we maintain offices, we are able to deliver prompt and effective representation for our clients.
