SFMS Attorney Serves As Panel Member At The ABA Spring Meeting

James C. Shah, Partner with Shepherd, Finkelman, Miller & Shah, LLP, served as a panel member at the American Bar Association Spring Meeting, which took place between April 21 and April 23, 2010 in Washington, D.C. The topic addressed by Jim’s panel was “Your Employees – How to Get Them and Keep Them Without Running Afoul of the Antitrust Laws.” Jim’s presentation focused on consumer protection issues and the analysis of claims from the plaintiff’s perspective. The Panel was sponsored by the Antitrust Section’s Business Torts and Civil RICO, Corporate Counseling and Joint Conduct Committees.
