Goldman Sachs & Co. Class Action Lawsuit

The CDO is tied to subprime residential mortgage-backed securities and was at the heart of the credit crisis in 2007. The Securities and Exchange Commission recently filed a complaint against Goldman Sachs and one of its vice presidents for defrauding investors by misstating and omitting key facts about ABACUS.
