Investigation Into Chrysler Stereo Systems

Summary of Investigation: Welcome to the webpage maintained by Shepherd, Finkelman, Miller & Shah, LLP (“SFMS”) for its investigation of certain Chrysler vehicles, including the Chrysler 300C, Chrysler Charger and Dodge Challenger models that are equipped with the Harman Kardon Sound System. Specifically, SFMS is investigating complaints by consumers of massive vibration and rattling noises when listening to music with heavy bass. Although Chrysler has offered software “upgrades” to purportedly fix the problem, consumers have found that such “upgrades” have not solved the problem. In fact, in many cases, the “upgrades” have left consumers with depleted sound quality in their stereo systems.

If you have purchased or leased a Chrysler 300C, Chrysler Charger, or a Dodge Challenger equipped with the Harman Kardon Sound System and have experienced problems with the sound system, including vibration, rattling, or degraded sound quality, please contact us by filling out the form below.
