Summary of Investigation: Welcome to the webpage maintained by Shepherd, Finkelman, Miller & Shah, LLP (“SFMS”) for its investigation of an alleged defect in certain HP color printers. Specifically, SFMS is investigating whether certain printers with multiple ink cartridges allegedly stop printing if one ink cartridge becomes depleted, and then will not allow the operator to resume printing until all ink cartridges are replaced, regardless of their fill levels.
