Investigation Into Potential Engine Issues in PACCAR Vehicles

Summary of Investigation:

Welcome to the webpage maintained by Shepherd, Finkelman, Miller & Shah, LLP (“SFMS”). We are investigating PACCAR vehicles, Model Years 2010 and later, equipped with the Cummins 2010 ISX15 engine, which is or has not run properly or reliably due to failures in the emissions-control system. Parts of the Aftertreatment Emissions System that have consistently failed include the gas recirculation system, diesel particulate filters, hydrocarbon dosers, sensors, and other components of the overall Emissions System. These failures have caused trucks equipped with the ISX15 engines to break down frequently and fail to function as PACCAR and Cummins advertised. If you are the owner of a PACCAR vehicle (Model Year 2010 or later) with the 2010 ISX15 engine and have experienced problems requiring engine repairs, please contact us here.
