On March 28, 2008, the United States District Court for the District of Nebraska appointed Shepherd, Finkelman, Miller & Shah as Co-Lead Counsel for the Plaintiffs and the Class in the Saturn L-Series Timing Chain Products Liability Litigation, MDL No. 1920. The case was filed against General Motors Corp. and Saturn Corp. and alleges that certain Saturn L-Series Vehicles are equipped with a timing chain that fails due to an allegedly defective design.
