Magistrate Recommends That SFMS Be Appointed Lead Counsel In Parent et al. v. Tennessee Cemeteries, Inc., et al.

On March 1, 2007, Magistrate Tu Pham of the United States District Court for the Western District of Tennessee Recommnded that Scott Shepherd and SFMS be appointed as Interim Lead Counsel in Parent et al. v. Tennessee Cemeteries, Inc., et al., No. 06-2612-M1/P. In his ruling, Magistrate Pham found Scott and the Firm the best choice among competing lead counsel bids because of their “vast experience as lead and co-lead counsel in class actions” and “extensive leadership experience in complex litigation matters.”
