Jayne Goldstein, a Partner at Shepherd, Finkelman, Miller & Shah (“SFMS”), will again be serving as a Co-Chair at the annual PLI Class Action Litigation Strategies Program slated for June 21, 2018 in New York, NY and webcasted nationally. PLI (Practising Law Institute) is a nonprofit learning organization dedicated to providing high quality accredited, continuing legal and professional education programs.
The 2018 PLI Class Action Litigation Program will be bringing in efficacious academics, experienced practicing attorneys (both plaintiffs’ and defense counsel), and a retired U.S. Magistrate Judge to speak and share their knowledge and expertise within specific areas. Part of the 2018 PLI Program will be focused on gaining the tools and strategies needed to effectively litigate, mediate or settle complex class action cases focusing on employment law, products liability, toxic tort, securities, antitrust, consumer fraud, and/or civil rights.
Another Partner at SFMS, James C. Shah, will also be speaking on the subject of “Litigation Strategies for Class Action Practice” at the program.
